Air Conditioning - what Air Conditioning is supplied at the Property I'm Staying at?

If a property has air conditioning as an amenity this doesn't always mean that every room of the property is air conditioned. To identify what rooms have air conditioning, go to the listing on our website, select the property and scroll down to the bottom of the property description. Here you will see a section titled Important Information. Within this section it will detail which rooms have air conditioning.

Whilst we have very few properties that do not have air conditioning, the south coast is much cooler than Sydney and other inland areas. A lot of properties don't have air conditioning as they are close to the beach and there are lovely cooling sea breezes that sweep in from the sea mid afternoon. All of our properties either have ceiling fans or pedestal fans if they do not have air conditioning.
