Lost Property

If you have left items at the property please contact us as soon as possible. Our housekeepers will bring the items to an office if found at the property.

We can arrange for you to collect the items from one of our offices or alternatively, you can post a prepaid satchel to us at the above address or arrange a courier to collect the items (we recommend https://www.sendle.com/en-au). Please include a note with your name, the property you stayed at and the item/s you are wanting returned.

Please note that as per the Uncollected Goods Act 1995, goods will be kept for the following times before being disposed of:

• Goods valued less than $1,000 - 14 Days
• Goods between $1-20k - 28 Days
• Personal documents - 28 Days
