Can I cancel then book direct to get a cheaper price?

Yes you can! But you must follow a specific process to do so:

  1. Email us directly to advise that you are going to cancel and book direct
  2. Cancel your booking via the website you booked with
  3. Wait until the dates are unblocked on the PHH website. This can take between 5-15 minutes.
  4. Once the dates are available, book the same dates
  5. Once your booking is confirmed we will authorise a full refund via the website you booked with

Please note that we are unable to refund your original booking until the second booking is made via our website and full payment is confirmed.
