Do You Use Noise Monitoring? Is it Privacy Compliant?
As part of the Short Term Rental Code of Conduct we must ensure that neighbours are not disturbed by guests. We therefore use a device called Noiseaware.
NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property (it does not record speech) and allows us to respond to noise issues.
NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is used at all properties with a capacity of eight or more guests, or if the owner has chosen to have it installed at their property.
If Noiseaware is installed at the property it will be stated in the Important Information section of the property listing description.
